Post 12: No time to panic! by G

Dear Fellow adventurers,

I have not posted in almost a month, shame on me. Blame there lays with the start of futbol season, among other things. We have been hit with some adversity as of late, and I feel as though it has helped to make me more confident in myself and the struggles that lay ahead. I have been trying to conquer my stress, as previously mentioned, and I think I have come to a real turning point. I am making strides to be proactive and work through my problems with out letting them consume me and my mind.

That being said, I have been working hard to cut back on my vices and save more money. Collectively, we have almost met one third of our desired money amount of $15,000 with just under 7 months til we set sail.  This excites us to no end.

We had made it a point to get passports by the end of March, but fell behind with everything that has been going on as of late. I have filled out the documents and collected all our required paperwork, so we are almost ready to go as far as passports are concerned. That's just the first step of many...

Rest assured, the adventure is never more than a centimeter away from my thoughts.

In the words of a horrible cook who took the advice of a 5 star chef of a mouse - "LETS DO THIS THING!"
